Requirements are deep knowledge, interest and enthusiasm about your topic, and an ability to share that knowledge effectively with adult learners. Spring is the season of new beginnings, and Piedmont Adult School is offering two new classes to jump-start your creative pursuits. Fiction and Creative Nonfiction Writing Everyone has a story to tell. If you’re ready to tell yours, this Fiction and Creative Nonfiction Writing class will get you started. The class is designed for beginners and experienced writers alike, and will focus on the components of effective writing and strategies to maintain a writing practice. A wide selection of computer classes is being offered in the Spring 2022 session of Piedmont Adult School. Classes range from beginning to advanced, and from single, two-hour sessions to multi-session weekly courses. Adobe Acrobat, Wordpress, Quickbooks Online and selected Microsoft Excel classes are taught by long-time Piedmont Adult School teacher Helen Nishikai. Registration for the fall session of Piedmont Adult School will open on August 23.  Classes will begin September 13, 2021 and run through December 19, 2021. Course offerings can be found in the Moonlighter catalog.
